The warm colors and wavy lines of the Optical Ketubah I create patterns that both take the modern tradition of the fun optical illusion and combine it with the home-made comfort of the colors of wood and fire. The Optical Ketubah I — the original one in our optical series — bends the mind and confuses what you think you see: thus perfect for the fun-loving couple about to get married. But the fire of the hearth takes the abstract puzzle and makes it perfect for a new home.
Ketubah Artist Bio
Tinak is a collective of Argentine and New York Jewish artists who combine their passion for ancient Jewish traditions with their über-modern art styles. Their over-the-top ketubot began a modern art ketubah movement in Argentina, which is now spreading to the USA. They love every moment of what they do — and this shows in their art. They were founded with Tzedakah in mind, donating their profits to Argentina’s Jewish orphanages.
